The sales data for Merrimack NH homes sold indicates an increase in pending home sales over the same period last year of 45%.  The data also shows a solid increase in Merrimack NH homes sales of 8% over last year.

The sales data for Nashua NH homes sold indicates an increase in pending home sales over the same period last year of 61%.  The data also shows a solid increase in Nashua NH homes sales of 9% over last year. 

Inventory has decreased by 9%. This is good news for Nashua's housing market; we hope the trend continues.

The sales data for Hollis NH homes sold indicates an increase in pending home sales over the same period last year of 28%.  The data also shows a decrease in Hollis NH homes sales of 50% over last year.
