NH Real Estate Sales Data. The data submitted is for Amherst, Bedford, Hudson, Milford, Merrimack, Manchester, Nashua, New Boston, Mont Vernon and Hillsborough County for the period May 2012 against the same period back to 2005.
There is a healthy upward trend in units of NH home sales, we will continue to monitor sales for our Southern NH market and report the NH home sale data here.
Hillsborough County Home Sales in units are up about 25% over the same period last year and almost back to 2007 level...
Talk about local, check out the by town info, a couple of the towns are back to 2006-07 levels.
This is a good explanation for what we are seeing, feels like some markets are going strong and others are weak. Depends on who you talk to, some agents are very very busy and others say sales are slow again.
Now when it comes to prices, we are still seeing soft prices, we will need to report again in December for the second half of 2012 and see if we see price stabilization in our markets. Sure makes it a great time to buy NH real estate.
