‘Amherst's Premier Neighborhood'    Jasper Valley was established in 1970 as an exclusive neighborhood of quality-built custom homes. For more than 30 years, this distinction has held strong. Careful planning was instrumental in the design and layout of the neighborhood, including several cul-de-sacs with nicely spaced houses. This planning has afforded all homeowners privacy, while still maintaining a neighborhood feeling from its inception.

The Jasper Valley neighborhood is centrally located between all of the award winning Amherst schools. A variety of shopping centers and access to major highways are just a few miles away. The Jasper Valley Swim and Tennis club is within walking distance from almost every house in the neighborhood. In addition, Jasper Valley is within a 5 minute drive of the picturesque hamlet of Amherst Village, one of the most photographed village greens in New England.  

Among the many features and benefits of Jasper Valley are the 56+ acres of common areas co-owned by all of the Jasper Valley homeowners. These consist of open fields as well as wooded areas which enhance the surrounding neighborhoods.
