My User Page

My User Page provides an overview of your current Favorite Listings and Saved Searches. 

My Favorite Listings

My Favorite Listings is a page dedicated to collecting all of your saved listings. When you view the detailed listing page for any of the properties in our MLS database you will have the option to save the listing to your favorites. Look in the upper right hand corner of the detailed listing page for this option. Go here to view your saved favorite listings. You will also have the option of removing listings from your favorites.

My Saved Searches

My Saved Searches provides a convenient way for you to save the criteria used for conducting a  property search on our MLS database. When you are viewing the list of properties that get returned from a customized search you will have the option to "Save this search". Look for the button in the upper right hand corner of the property list returned from a search. Click the button to save the search. You will also have the option to be notified by email whenever a property that meets your search criteria is either added to the MLS database or modified.

How to Set Up Automatic email Notifications

1. Perform an MLS Property Search using any of a number of tools provided on this website.
2. When you are viewing the results look in the upper right corner for a button that says "Save this search".
3. Click on the button to save the search.
4. Enter your own name for your saved search.
5. Answer "yes" to the question "Notify me when listings are added that match my search criteria".
