With over 15 years experience, Susan enjoys assisting clients in the purchase and sale of homes. Her goal is to make the process as stress free as possible.

Susan has an A.S. in Marketing and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership. She holds a NH broker’s license and is a Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Relocation Specialist, and Graduate of the Realtor Institute. Her extensive experience in the industry includes years of experience in real estate management and she has achieved multiple sales awards during her sales career.

She has been very active within the Realtor community serving on committees, chairing the Professional Standards Committee, Director of the Realtor Board, Secretary, Vice President and President of the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors. She has also served as a Director on the Board at the New Hampshire Association of Realtors and NNEREN. She was named Realtor of the Year by the GMNBR.

Having lived and worked in the area for more than thirty years and raising my family here, I’m knowledgeable about the area.
