Karolin joins Brin Realty Group after returning to her native New Hampshire from Massachusetts, where she first gained licensure as a real estate agent under the Jack Conway company. She has worked in marketing and project management within commercial construction and apprenticed in residential home construction on the seacoast while attending UNH, gaining an understanding of both the business and hands-on aspects of building. Karolin and her husband founded their own home furnishings company while living in Massachusetts.

As a retail business owner, Karolin honed her sales and marketing skills while enjoying the opportunity to work with homeowners, interpreting their individual needs and seeing that each achieved complete satisfaction. Real Estate allows her to couple her skills and passions while assisting people through a process driven service, assuring their needs are met through prompt response, attention to detail, and clear communication.
