Carl spent 16 years in international sales and marketing before obtaining his real estate license in 2003. "In my teens and twenties I worked as a carpenter on reproduction homes with a local builder. When my daughters got older I wanted to change my career to one where I could work in my local community and get involved with the housing industry again. As a real estate professional I am able to do those things while helping people achieve major accomplishments in their lives. It is a great joy to be involved with a family buying their first home!"

Soon after starting his real estate career Carl became active in the local board of Realtors and in 2004 served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors. In 2005 he was voted onto the board of directors for the Northern New England Real Estate Network. "Getting involved in the real estate industry at a higher level has enabled me to understand some of the bigger issues facing real estate today." He continues to serve on both boards.

I joined Brin Realty Group because of the common philosophies. I like to go to the local planning board meetings to see what is going on in the community. I would often see Rene at these meetings. This was my first indication that Rene is not a typical real estate agent; she is truly dedicated to staying up to date on the latest activity in the community. It is clear that she is willing to commit the time and energy necessary to work for her clients. I kept my eye on Rene as she built her business. She took all that energy and passion and has grown it into a truly unique real estate business with which I wanted to be a part.

Carl lives in Milford with his wife Michelle and their two children.
