John Tenhave is the owner of North View Homes and has been building custom homes for over 20 years. He has built homes in Hollis, Amherst, Bedford and Merrrimack and surrounding areas.
He has used the same subs and contractors for many years so the quality in his homes is always consistent. North View’s focus is on building the custom home to fit the buyer’s needs.The buyer and builder work closely together in creating the home and floor plan, based on the buyer’s budget and needs. From home design and floor plan, heating and cooling system, siding, flooring, kitchen and bath choices, sunroom, fireplace and paint colors, the buyer makes choices that creates their own custom home. John works with the client each step of the way, assisting buyers with the best choices and alternatives available today. NorthView Homes takes pride in the design and construction of each home, with consideration given to the placement on the lot and colors so there is never a “cookie cutter” feel to the neighborhood.
