Merrimack NH Outlet Mall is moving closer to completion. Seems like just yesterday they were in the planning stages and now they are looking at a June 2012 opening. Many stores are in line to have space in the new Merrimack project.
The Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall is progressing nicely with an anticpated June 2012 opening.
The Mall will have 100 retail spaces; over 20 have been permitted so far with many more in the process.
So far we hear the following stores will have outlets in the mall:
Saks 5th Avenue Off 5th
Nike
Gap
Hanes
Banana Republic
Reebok
Brooks Brothers
J. Crew
Ann Taylor
Guess
Coach
Timberland
Carter's Babies and Kids
Oshkosh B'Gosh
Pacific Sun
Bose
Gymboree
This is great news for the town of Merrimack as it will bring in tax revenues, not to mention all the jobs this will create.
The Mall is located off of Exit 10 of ther Everett Turnpike at Industrial Drive.
