Kathy comes to Brin Realty Group from Coldwell Banker where she was the top Selling and Listing Agent of the Bedford Office in 2010 with over $16 Million in closed sales.  She was also ranked in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker brokers nationwide as well as Coldwell Bankers Top Agent in Southern NH with the highest number of homes sold and the highest dollar volume of homes sold.

With over 25 years in the business, Kathy has received numerous awards and accolades including Previews International Property Specialist for Luxury Homes, Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Home Marketing Specialist and Relocation Specialists designations.

Kathy is the mother of three sons Ryan, Patrick and Shane, all of whom attended the local Bedford school system.  Her husband, Bruce, is one of New England's top architectural photographers with credits including Architectural Digest, Sotheby's, Unique Homes, Land Vest, Previews, Town and Country and Antiques Magazine.
