Bedford NH Welcomes Shortys Grill to town. Sited on the hill, across from Harvest Market on Route 101 in Bedford, in the site of the old Shorty's Restaurant, coming soon.
 Shorty's closed its Bedford NH restaurant in 2007 (has it been that long?) and continued to operate their Nashua and Manchester locations.
The plan is to serve some of the traditional menu, prime rib, New York sirloin Asian inspired entrees, fresh fish, some basic American fare and simply fresh food.
They are adding sandwiches that are not Mexican and small designer pizzas (yum).
So watch for their mid December opening and stop in for one of their good Italian pizzas, like you would find in Boston or New York.
